    My son loved them!

    My son loved his new trousers! This will not go without saying that the customer service in receiving these trousers was nothing short of fantastic! After the pants were delivered (somewhere other than my home); I contacted customer service, and after waiting a day to make sure the post office redelivered them, The Normal Brand sent me a new pair! I received the second pair the same day as the post office actually did redelivered them! Customer Service promptly issued me a return label when I notified them I was now in possession of two pairs!! All ended well with my son loving his new trousers!!
