Refund policy

Returns and exchanges:

Any item in new, unworn condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items listed as Final Sale are not eligible for returns.

Returns and exchanges for unwashed and unworn items in original condition will be accepted for 30 days after purchase. Note that an $8 flat-rate fee will be deducted from your refund for all US orders. 

Refunds are credited back to you via your original payment method once your return has been received and processed.

All sale, clearance, mystery box, gift cards, or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 15 days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot insure or guarantee we will receive your returned item.
