What is your return policy?

At The Normal Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you want to return an item for any reason, we will gladly exchange, refund or give you credit for any item that is in new and unused condition.

We have created this return process to make your experience as easy as possible. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from your invoice date. Simply follow the directions on the packing slip. We have included a prepaid shipping label with your order that you can use to return or exchange your items. If the item needs to be returned due to a defective issue, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-927-6999.

It helps us process your return or exchange faster if you use the original box and packing materials when shipping products back to us. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Please note that processing time may be longer during periods of high volume like the holiday season. We will work as quickly as we possibly can to ensure that your return or exchange is processed in a timely manner and appreciate your patience.

Sale and Clearance Items
All sales are final for items purchased on sale or on clearance. We do not offer returns or exchanges for these items. If an item is returned it will be shipped back at the expense of the customer.
