How do I pick my size?

Our garments are cut athletically. They are true to size in the chest and a little slimmer in the waist. Please see the sizing chart on each product page for more information.

Do all your shirts fit the same?

We normally recommend sizing up in the Puremeso items since these fabrics are a little more snug. If you like your Henleys and Ts to fit tighter, go with the same size you wear in our dress shirt.

What if I am in between sizes?
Size up!

What credit cards do you accept? 
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
At The Normal Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you want to return an item for any reason, we will gladly exchange, refund or give you credit for any item that is in new and unused condition.

We have created this return process to make your experience as easy as possible. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from your invoice date. Simply follow the directions on the packing slip, and email returns@thenormalbrand.com with your order number and reason for return. We have included a prepaid shipping label with your order that you can use to return or exchange your items. If the item needs to be returned due to a defective issue, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-927-6999.

It helps us process your return or exchange faster if you use the original box and packing materials when shipping products back to us. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Please note that processing time may be longer during periods of high volume like the holiday season. We will work as quickly as we possibly can to ensure that your return or exchange is processed in a timely manner and appreciate your patience.

When will my order be shipped?

We strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can. Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours. If your order is placed after 12pm CST, the earliest it will ship is the next day. Please note that during the Holiday season and other periods of high volume, your order may take longer to process.

When will my order be delivered?

Once processed, orders are shipped depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout. Shipments deliver within 4-10 business days to most US locations, but we have noticed they usually deliver faster than that. 

Can you ship to an address that’s outside the US? 

No, unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally. 

Can I ship to multiple addresses? 

At this time we are only able to accept one ship to address per order. In order to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to create a separate order for each address. 

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
