      Beautiful coat, exceptional customer service

      I was so excited to buy this coat...until I saw it wasn't available online in my size. I contacted customer service to ask if it was going to be restocked. Not only did they write back to me right away, but they reached out to their physical stores, located a store that had my size in stock, and connected me with the manager so I could place the order. I was completely blown away by this extra effort. They truly went above and beyond, and I'm so so happy they did. The coat is perfect - beautifully made, great fit, and I get so many compliments on it. And my compliments to the exceptional customer service team at the Normal Brand. You are the best.
