My Normal: Matt McGuire
Our hometown of St. Louis has an incredible restaurant scene. We are lucky to have so many awesome chefs here. A few years ago we met Matt McGuire, the owner and visionary behind @louiedemun and @wrightsonwydown. And now we are regulars. The food is a ten, but Matt and his team bring much more than a great meal. You may walk in a guest, but you leave as family.
Matt knows what real teamwork means, and the value of working towards the same goal. In his words, "At the end of the night, it's not about the food... It's a generosity of spirit that makes people feel welcome." The fact that the food is incredible just makes the experience better.
